The Provider must either immediately redirect back to this test page without displaying anything to the user, or it may display an error to the user and provide a button or link to return to this test page. Merely displaying an error to the user is a FAIL.
Upon returning to this test page, the test will present a PASS or FAIL result based on what information the Provider sent back regarding the error.
